The Buffalo Bills have fired head coach Chan Gailey after three seasons with the team.
Gailey has 16 wins and 32 losses in his time in charge of the AFC East side.
A brief statement from the team said: "The Buffalo Bills today are announcing that Chan Gailey has been relieved of his duties as the team's head coach."
The Bills won six games and lost 10 this season, the same as last year, missing out on the playoffs.
