Oakland Raiders owner Mark Davis has confirmed that head coach Dennis Allen will still be in charge of the team next season.
Allen's future came under doubt following a disappointing campaign that saw the Raiders fall to a 4-12 record, finishing bottom of the AFC West.
The speculation over whether he would keep his job intensified ahead of yesterday's end-of-season meeting, but Davis was happy with how it went and is already looking forward to next season.
"We met this evening at the Raider facility, and the meeting went really well," Davis told ESPN.
"We talked about a lot of things, from personnel issues to the coaches to a review of the past season to the Draft and our needs for next season. We're ready to rock and roll."
Allen has been in charge of the Raiders for two seasons now, finishing 4-12 in both of them.
