Oakland Raiders defensive back Charles Woodson has said that he is prepared to embrace any change that will help end his side's losing culture.
The 38-year-old rejoined the AFC West side in the 2013 season following a seven-year spell with the Green Bay Packers, but has been on the losing side in 25 out of the club's 32 matches.
Jack Del Rio was brought in by the Raiders to become the permanent successor to Dennis Allen – who was fired during the middle of the 2014 season – and Woodson has admitted that he will do whatever it takes to turn the fortunes of the franchise around.
"We need it," Woodson told reporters. "My take is that, the last couple of years that I've been here, it's been three wins and four wins.
"Whatever different that comes in and feels good, you welcome it. We feel good about not only him, but all of the guys that they've brought in. They all have that fire. It's been fun."
The Raiders' last winning season was back in 2002 when they were defeated in the Super Bowl by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
