Kell Brook has confirmed that he will defend his IBF welterweight title against Diego Chaves of Argentina on October 24.
The bout will take place in Brook's hometown of Sheffield.
Chaves has won 23 of his professional bouts, with 19 of those coming via knockout.
Brook has defended his belt on two previous occasions, beating Romanian Jo Jo Dan and fellow Brit Frankie Gavin.
