Striker Filippo Inzaghi has said that he hopes to get back in the AC Milan team because he does not know how to live without football.
The veteran marksman was sidelined for the majority of Milan's title-winning campaign last season with a knee injury, but the former Italian international is now fully fit and looking for a starting berth.
"My objective is to get back to being the player I was," he told So Foot Magazine "I deserve to play and the fans deserve it too.
"Besides, I don't know how to live without football, as I'm like a kid who always wants to play and learn even more."
The Rossoneri are currently 15th in Serie A and face Palermo at the San Siro next Saturday.
