Lorient have signed Auxerre midfielder Alain Traore on a four-year deal.
The Burkina Faso international has moved to the Stade du Moustoi for an undisclosed fee.
The 24-year-old, who was once on trial at Manchester United, had been at Auxerre for seven years.
Auxerre were relegated from Ligue 1 last season after a dramatic last-day defeat to Montpellier.
