Sports Mole discusses the latest done deals and rumours in the Bundesliga transfer market.

Germany remain in the World Cup and head into the final against Argentina as favourites. With 30 of the 32 teams out of the tournament now, however, transfer activity is picking up in the Bundesliga and beyond.

Here, Sports Mole takes a look at the latest talk and deals that have done the rounds in the past week for each club.

Bayer Leverkusen

Premier League side Arsenal have reportedly this week renewed their interest in midfielder Lars Bender, and having completed the deal for Alexis Sanchez the attentions have turned to the Bayer man.

Greece left-back Konstantinos Stafylidis joined Championship team Fulham on loan for the season on Wednesday, while there is no fresh talk of any players coming in to the club.

Bayern Munich

The big news this week from the champions was that Mario Mandzukic, the Croatian striker, left the club to join Atletico Madrid on Thursday on a four-year deal.

On the incomings front, Bayern earlier in the week completed the five-year deal of Valencia's French full-back Juan Bernat.

Borussia Dortmund

Centre-back Mats Hummels is thought to be keen on a move to Manchester United should Dortmund be willing to sell him, according to reports in the English press. However, Barcelona also have their eye on the German international.

Striker Robert Lewandowski completed his move to Bayern Munich in the middle of the week for a confirmed free transfer.

Borussia Monchengladbach

It was Gladbach who won the race to sign Chelsea midfielder Thorgan Hazard on loan for the season, and they announced the deal at the weekend.

Reports from Germany and Holland have claimed that Gladbach and PSV Eindhoven have agreed a £5.5m deal for the transfer of striker Luuk de Jong, with the deal expected to be announced over the weekend or early next week.

Eintracht Frankfurt

Nicklas Bendtner reportedly has no shortage of suitors for next season, and the German side Frankfurt are believed to be monitoring the Arsenal striker and ready to prepare a bid.

Frankfurt have also calmed talk that Stefan Aigner is set to leave to join Hannover, with the buying club's president Martin Kind claiming that there is no desire to sell.

FC Koln

Fulham manager Felix Magath continues to look to Germany to bolster his squad, with the latest player he is interested in thought to be Adil Chihi. He has been on trial in West London this summer.

Freiburg

The Matthias Ginter saga continues, with Freiburg director Jochen Saier saying that they will turn down anything but very high offers, and that an agreement is far away with Dortmund.

The club are thought to be close to reaching an agreement with Frankfurt over the transfer of young centre-back Marc-Oliver Kempf, but there is nothing official yet.

Hamburger SV

Muhamed Besic is a reported target for Premier League club Everton, and the Toffees have, according to the British press, made a £4m bid for the midfielder.

Feyenoord defender Stefan de Vrij has impressed for the Netherlands in the World Cup and there are a number of teams after his services, with Hamburg joining Manchester United and Lazio in the hunt.

Their wanted list continues, with Hiroshi Kiyotake from relegated Nuremberg the next player that they are reportedly interested in signing.

Hannover

The club's chase for Frankfurt target man Aigner appears to have come to an end after president Kind claimed that Eintracht have no interest in selling the forward.

Hertha Berlin

Having sold Pierre-Michel Lasogga permanently to Hamburg, Hertha are looking to replace the striker with Roy Beerens of Eredivisie side AZ Alkmaar.

John Anthony Brooks's impressive performances for the USA in the World Cup have seen attention come his way, but as yet there is no news of any official bids for Hertha.

Hoffenheim

The club missed out on the signing this week of Victor Andrade, who instead opted to move from Santos to Benfica in Portugal.

Mainz 05

Eric-Maxim Choupo-Moting, who impressed for Cameroon at the World Cup this summer, completed his move to Schalke 04 this week and it is not yet clear who the club are targeting to replace him.

Schalke 04

As well as the big signing of Choupo-Moting from Mainz, there have been rumours surrounding departures. Christian Fuchs is thought to be wanted by Premier League team Sunderland for an unknown fee.

Reports emerged and were squashed almost as quickly regarding Schalke's interest in Michel Babatunde, with the German club denying that they are interested.

Talk of a Julian Draxler move away from the club continue, with Tottenham Hotspur now considering a bid as well as Arsenal, who have been long-term admirers.

Stuttgart

This week left-back Arthur Boka joined Malaga on a free transfer from Stuttgart, while there was talk of Porto interest in centre-back Antonio Rudiger, but nothing further has been heard on this.

Stuttgart had been mentioned in rumours regarding PSV's Kaan Baysal, but the player instead opted to join Galatasaray in his native Turkey.

Werder Bremen

Izet Hajrovic, the Bosnia international, joined Werder from Galatasaray on Thursday in a deal that will keep him at the club until the summer of 2018 in a deal believed to be around the £3m mark.

Wolfsburg

Luiz Gustavo remains at the club, but talk of his departure continues. Monaco, of Ligue 1 in France, are the latest team rumoured to be keen on the defensive midfielder.

If Patrice Evra's transfer from Manchester United to Juventus goes through, the Red Devils will turn their attention to Wolfsburg full-back Ricardo Rodriguez, according to reports.
