Leyton Orient have made one change for the second leg of their League One playoff tie against Peterborough United this evening.

Following the 1-1 draw in the first leg, Lloyd James returns in midfield in place of John Lundstram, who is named among the substitutes.

There is also one change for the visitors as they look to secure a place in the final.

Nathaniel Knight-Percival comes into the back four for the Posh, with Kgosi Ntlhe dropping to the bench.
