Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp names Loris Karius in goal as the Reds face Borussia Dortmund in Sunday's International Champions Cup encounter in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has named Loris Karius in goal ahead of Sunday's International Champions Cup encounter with Borussia Dortmund in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Meanwhile, academy goalkeepers Caoimhin Kelleher and Kamil Grabara are on the bench for the game against Klopp's former employers at the Bank of America Stadium.

Summer signing Fabinho starts in midfield alongside Adam Lallana and Rafael Camacho, but fellow new arrival Naby Keita has to make do with a place on the bench from the start this evening.

The Reds are expected to make 10 changes at half time, with all outfield players set to get a run out in the pre-season fixture.

Mohamed Salah, Sadio Mane and Marko Grujic are not involved against the Bundesliga club, having only returned to pre-season training on Friday.

Georginio Wijnaldum has suffered with a virus for the last two days and is also out of action alongside Pedro Chirivella, who has a sore back.

As for Dortmund, they are missing the likes of Marco Reus, Mario Gotze and Christian Pulisic from their starting lineup.
