Liverpool are targeting Portugal midfielder Manuel Fernandes, according to The Mirror.
Fernandes is valued at around £7m and was once a transfer target of Manchester United.
The 26-year-old midfielder is currently with Turkish side Besiktas and has had previous Premiership experience with loan spells at Everton in 2007 and 2008 and a short spell at Portsmouth in 2006.
