Manchester City return to Premier League action against West Ham United on Wednesday night having successfully defended the EFL Cup.

Pep Guardiola's side were taken to a penalty shootout by Chelsea, but the North-West giants were eventually able to emerge victorious at Wembley Stadium.

However, the victory came at a cost, with more players joining an already-lengthy injury list ahead of two more matches this week.
