Sports Mole looks back over the ninth round of Premier League fixtures with a selection of facts and figures.

West Ham United 2-1 Manchester City

Diafra Sakho became the first West Ham player to score in six successive Premier League appearances.

Meanwhile, City's David Silva has scored two goals and assisted a further two during his three visits to Upton Park.

The victory was West Ham's first in the Premier League over the champions in eight outings.

Liverpool 0-0 Hull City

This was Hull's 10th attempt, but they are still without a win from any of their visits to Anfield.

As for hosting Liverpool, they have won just five of their previous 12 Premier League matches.

Summer signing Mario Balotelli is still waiting for his first Premier League goal for Liverpool, having seen his barren run extend to seven matches.

Southampton 1-0 Stoke City

Having had his effort chalked off last week, Southampton's Saido Mane scored his first Premier League goal.

Up the other end, the Saints have conceded just five Premier League goals this term - less than any other team.

Mark Hughes's Stoke have not won away at Southampton since 1980.

Sunderland 0-2 Arsenal

When Alexis Sanchez scored Arsenal's second goal, it was the 1,500th Premier League goal that the Gunners have fired in.

The Blacks Cats have not beaten Arsenal in the Premier League at the Stadium of Light since November 2009.

Gus Poyet's men have now let in 10 goals in their last two games, having conceded just seven times in their previous seven outings.

West Bromwich Albion 2-2 Crystal Palace

Saido Berahino has scored seven Premier League goals this term, six of which have been scored at The Hawthorns.

Brede Hangeland, who joined Palace in the summer, has scored two goals for the club, both of which have come away from Selhurst Park.

The draw was the fourth in the last eight meetings between these two sides in all competitions.

Swansea City 2-0 Leicester City

Swansea frontman Wilfried Bony scored for the third successive Premier League match - the first time that the Ivorian has achieved that feat.

The Swans have scored 13 goals this season and Gylfi Sigurdsson has had a hand in eight of them (seven assists and one goal).

The visiting Foxes have scored just one goal in their five away matches this term.

Burnley 1-3 Everton

Sean Dyche's Burnley are the only team in England's top four divisions to have not won this season.

As for Everton, they recorded a first victory at Turf Moor in 44 years.

The two goals from Samuel Eto'o were the first that the former Cameroon international had scored away from home in the Premier League.

Tottenham Hotspur 1-2 Newcastle United

The victory was the first that Newcastle have achieved in the Premier League away from home since March.

Substitute Sammy Ameobi scored Newcastle's equaliser just seven seconds after the restart.

Spurs have won just three of their nine Premier League matches this term.

Manchester United 1-1 Chelsea

When Didier Drogba opened the scoring, it was his first Premier League goal since he returned to Chelsea during the summer. His last was scored back in March 2012.

Also on the scoresheet was Robin van Persie, who found the net for the seventh time in his career against Chelsea.

United are without a victory in their last seven meetings with the West Londoners.

Queens Park Rangers 2-0 Aston Villa

Charlie Austin scored in the 17th minute with what was QPR's first shot on target in this game.

Visiting Villa have now lost five Premier League matches on the trot without having scored a goal.

It was also their 10th defeat in their last 11 visits to London.
