Manchester United have reportedly offered experienced striker Fernando Llorente a two-year contract.
Llorente is available on a free transfer having left Tottenham Hotspur at the end of the 2018-19 campaign.
Spurs are said to be keen to re-sign the 34-year-old due to their limited options in the final third, but the centre-forward has reportedly rejected an approach from Mauricio Pochettino's side.
According to Gazzetta dello Sport, United have now offered Llorente a two-year contract with the Red Devils also looking to boost their numbers in the attacking positions.
Romelu Lukaku's departure earlier this month has left Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side short of experienced options in the final third, while Alexis Sanchez is also believed to be nearing an exit.
Llorente scored eight times in 35 appearances for Spurs during the 2018-19 campaign, and the Spaniard would provide back up to Marcus Rashford and Anthony Martial should he move to Old Trafford.
