Manchester United could make a late move for Rennes midfielder Eduardo Camavinga, according to a report.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has been keen to bolster his midfield options throughout the summer, and the Red Devils have been long-time admirers of the 18-year-old.

Declan Rice, Yves Bissouma and Saul Niguez are also on Man United's radar, but it is Camavinga that they seem most likely to go for before next week's transfer deadline.

Speaking on Reach PLC's The Transfer Window Podcast, journalist Duncan Castles said: "United are looking at other individuals [to Saul].

"I'm told that they have accelerated their interest in Eduardo Camavinga over the last week."

After progressing through Rennes' youth system, Angola-born Camavinga established himself in the first team in the 2019-20 season and has made 85 appearances for the Ligue 1 outfit. body check tags ::
