Real Madrid head coach Carlo Ancelotti has named a full squad for Saturday's Copa del Rey final against Osasuna.

The Spanish and European champions will be bidding to win the competition for the 20th time in their history when they take on Jagoba Arrasate's side in the final of the competition in Seville.

Ferland Mendy has been named in the squad despite Ancelotti recently claiming that the France international would not be available due to a calf problem.

According to Marca, Mendy will not be involved in the contest, but he has been included in the squad so he can join in with the trophy celebrations if Real Madrid win the match.

There are also spots for David Alaba and Luka Modric, but the pair reportedly remain injury doubts.

Alaba has not featured for Real Madrid since picking up a hamstring injury in the second leg of the Champions League quarter-final against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge on April 18.

Meanwhile, Modric has missed his side's last two La Liga games against Almeria and Real Sociedad with the hamstring problem that he suffered against Girona on April 25.

Both Alaba and Modric are in the squad for the Copa del Rey final, but the pair will only be considered for selection if they are fully fit, with this match coming three days before Real Madrid's Champions League semi-final first leg against Manchester City at Bernabeu.

As expected, there is also a return to the squad for Karim Benzema, who was rested for Tuesday's La Liga clash against Real Sociedad, which ended in a 2-0 loss for the Spanish champions.

Vinicius Junior and Eduardo Camavinga return to the squad, meanwhile, after missing out in the team's last match due to suspensions.

Federico Valverde is also set to return to the starting side for the Copa del Rey final, having been an unused substitute against Real Sociedad.

Dani Carvajal, meanwhile, is available for Ancelotti's side despite being sent off in Tuesday's La Liga affair.

Real Madrid are the third-most successful side in the history of the Copa dey Rey, winning the competition on 20 occasions, but they have not lifted the trophy since 2014.

Real Madrid squad vs. Osasuna:

Courtois, Lunin, Lopez; Carvajal, Militao, Alaba, Vallejo, Nacho, Odriozola, Vazquez, Rudiger, Mendy; Kroos, Modric, Camavinga, Valverde, Tchouameni, Ceballos; Hazard, Benzema, Asensio, Vinicius, Rodrygo, Mariano body check tags ::
