Barcelona and Real Madrid are both reportedly interested in signing Aston Villa captain Jack Grealish.
The 24-year-old, who has scored nine times and provided seven assists in 27 appearances at club level this season, will allegedly be a transfer target for Manchester United in this summer's transfer window.
However, according to The Sun, both Barca and Madrid have also joined the race for the attacker, who is being tipped to make the England squad for Euro 2020.
The report claims that Dean Smith's side are currently bracing themselves for offers this summer with Grealish - said to be valued in the region of £60m - likely to have the pick of a number of top clubs ahead of the 2020-21 campaign.
The academy product, who has a contract at Villa Park until the summer of 2023, has scored seven Premier League goals during the current season.
Villa are currently 17th in the Premier League table, just one point outside of the relegation zone ahead of their next match at home to Tottenham Hotspur on February 16.
