Tottenham Hotspur team news: Injury, suspension list vs. Red Star Belgrade

:Headline: Tottenham Hotspur team news: Injury, suspension list vs. Red Star Belgrade: ID:377450: from db_amp
Sports Mole rounds up Tottenham Hotspur's latest injury and suspension news ahead of Wednesday's Champions League clash with Red Star Belgrade.

Tottenham Hotspur will be desperate to claim their first away victory of the 2019-20 campaign when they take on Red Star Belgrade in the Champions League on Wednesday night.

Mauricio Pochettino's men must rouse themselves following the disappointment of conceding a 97th-minute equaliser against Everton in the Premier League on Sunday.

The North London side will be encouraged by the fact that a win over Red Star, whom they beat 5-0 at home last month, would take them to within one victory of qualifying for the knockout phase.

Here, Sports Mole rounds up Tottenham's latest injuries and suspensions ahead of this fixture.

Hugo Lloris

Status: Out
Type of injury: Elbow
Possible return date: Unknown

The Spurs captain damaged ligaments in his elbow last month following what immediately looked like a bad landing and is not expected to return to action until 2020.

Harry Kane

Status: Minor doubt
Type of injury: Illness
Possible return date: November 6 (vs. Red Star Belgrade)

The Englishman was expected to feature against Everton but pulled out at the 11th hour due to illness, but he is anticipated to return to the starting XI in Belgrade.

Jan Vertonghen

Status: Minor doubt
Type of injury: Hamstring
Possible return date: November 6 (vs. Red Star Belgrade)

Vertonghen picked up a slight hamstring strain which ruled him out of the trip to Goodison Park but the injury is not thought to be serious, with the Belgian set to travel with the squad this week.

TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR'S SUSPENSION LIST

While Danny Rose and Son Heung-min are serving domestic bans, Tottenham have no players who are suspended for this match.
