How Brighton & Hove Albion could line up against Tottenham Hotspur

Ahead of Saturday's Premier League clash between Brighton and Spurs, Sports Mole looks at how the Seagulls could line up on the south coast.

Brighton & Hove Albion will be looking to record their first win in five matches when they play host to Tottenham Hotspur on Saturday evening.

The Seagulls have already recorded a 3-2 triumph over Manchester United this season, but Chris Hughton has witnessed his team go four games without success in all competitions.

However, Hughton will take the positives from the draws against Fulham and Southampton, with his side coming back from two goals adrift on both occasions.

Hughton has a number of selection dilemmas ahead of welcoming the North London outfit, and here Sports Mole looks at how his side could line up at the Amex Stadium.

Out:
Doubtful: Pascal Gross (ankle), Jose Izquierdo (knee)

Hughton could opt to select the same side which featured at St Mary's, but the manager of the south coast outfit does have a number of options at his disposal.

Jurgen Locadia and Alireza Jahanbakhsh are both pushing for a starting role having being introduced from the bench against the Saints, and the duo could potentially offer more pace and creativity in the final third.

Gross could also be used from the opening whistle, providing that he has shaken off a knock to his ankle in time for the weekend.

Shane Duffy and Lewis Dunk are yet to show the form that they produced last season, with their partnership being disrupted by a minor injury to the latter during the second match of the campaign.

However, Hughton is unlikely to draft in Leon Balogun unless absolutely necessary for a game against one of the top teams in the division.
