Tiger Woods insists that he is yet to make a decision over his next tournament after successfully coming through four rounds at the Masters after two broken legs.

Tiger Woods has suggested that he will try to make an appearance at the US PGA Championship at Southern Hills next month.

Just 14 months since suffering two broken legs in a car accident, Woods successfully completed the 2022 Masters on Sunday, posting a second successive 78 to finish on 13-over-par, good enough for a 47th-placed finish.

While Woods will now spend a number of weeks recuperating after his astonishing efforts of the past four days, attention will inevitably turn to his next outing.

However, despite having played well at Southern Hills in the past, Woods would not make any guarantees about an outing at the second major of the year.

Speaking after his final round, Woods said: "I honestly don't know. Even three weeks ago, I didn't know if I would play this event. I have a lot of work to do. The endurance in the leg wasn't very good.

"That is one of the things that we are going to have to work on and see what the schedule is. As I have alluded to in a number of press conferences, I won't be playing a full schedule ever again and so it will only be the big events.

"I don't know if I will play Southern Hills or not, but I am looking forward to St Andrew's. That is something which is very dear to my heart and it is my favourite golf course in the world. I will be there for that one but anything in between I don't know. I will try to get ready for Southern Hills and we will see what my body can do."

Woods won the US PGA Championship when it was last at Southern Hills in 2007. body check tags ::
