Davy Russell has claimed his second winner of day two at the Cheltenham Festival by winning on Rivage d'Or in the Glenfarclas Cross Country Steeple Chase.

The 16/1 shot powered past Any Currency in the final stages of the race after French fancy Toutancarmot crashed out with Quantitativeeasing while in a good position on the penultimate fence.

Any Currency (7/1) was second, with Uncle Junior (20/1) and Dogora (20/1) completing the places.

Russell tasted success for the second time on Ladies Day after he claimed the opening race on Windsor Park.
