Arizona Cardinals defensive end Darnell Dockett has admitted that he remembers all too well about the hammering his side sustained at the hands of the Seattle Seahawks last season.

The Cardinals were battered 58-0 at CenturyLink Field in their NFC West clash last season and also beaten earlier this year by Pete Carroll's side, so he admits that it will take Bruce Arians's side's best effort to get a positive result.

"It lingers in the back of your head," Dockett told the club's official website. "I don't give a [expletive] what you think about, you remember 58-0.

"And the biggest thing is you remember how it got to 58-0. You are thinking, missed tackles, poor execution, couldn't move the ball on offense, couldn't stop anybody on defense, special teams turnovers.

"It was an ass-kicking in every phase of the game. When you sit back and deeply think about that, it makes you realize you are going to have to bring your best foot forward."

Arians's side are 9-5 in their season and need a victory in Seattle to keep their playoff hopes alive.
