Arizona Cardinals president Michael Bidwill has revealed that he is planning to hand contract extensions to head coach Bruce Arians and general manager Steve Keim.
Arians was voted the NFL's Coach of the Year for the second time in three seasons after guiding the Cardinals to the playoffs despite suffering injuries to key players such as quarterback Carson Palmer.
Meanwhile, Keim has helped to build a talented roster in his two seasons in the GM role, guiding the team to back-to-back 10-win seasons for the first time since the 1970s.
"I think it's the right thing to do, and I want to reward people that have had success and brought success to the team," Bidwill told KMVP-FM.
"I can't think of two people more deserving - coach of the year, two times in three years, executive of the year.
"They've both done tremendous jobs, brought tremendous leadership and success to the organisation and I want to be in the habit of rewarding people that bring that kind of success."
The Cardinals were defeated in the wildcard round of the playoffs by the Carolina Panthers.
