The Baltimore Ravens and San Francisco 49ers have agreed a trade deal that will see Anquan Boldin join the NFC West side.
The wide receiver reportedly refused to take a pay-cut in order to remain part of the Super Bowl champions' roster.
The 49ers will give up a sixth-round pick in this year's draft to acquire the 32-year-old, who previously played for divisional rivals the Arizona Cardinals.
The trade is subject to Boldin passing a physical, which will take place when he returns from Africa where he is currently undertaking work with Oxfam.
Boldin scored the opening touchdown in this year's Super Bowl for the Ravens against the 49ers.
