John Harbaugh says that Joe Flacco is "frustrated" when he doesn't have the ball in his hands as the Baltimore Ravens implement the wildcat offense method.

Baltimore Ravens coach John Harbaugh has refused to rule out that the team might continue using the wildcat offense method going forward if it helps them improve.

Earlier in the week, Ravens quarterback Joe Flacco labelled the strategy "high school", with his role reduced in plays when the team implements it.

But Flacco's concerns do not seem to have altered Harbaugh's stance on the matter.

Harbaugh told the Tri City Herald: "We're going to do everything we can do to move the ball offensively. We've got guys that can play that we'll put on the field in different spots, whenever we feel like we need to, and all of our guys support that.

"One thing about Joe - and I think any great player - is they want the ball in their hands. He's always been that way. He's always felt that way. I want him to have the ball in his hands."

Last year's Super Bowl winners are currently in third spot in the AFC North.
