The Baltimore Ravens have activated linebacker Jameel McClain to their roster ahead of their NFL clash with the Pittsburgh Steelers.
McClain was placed on the physically unable to perform list during the off-season after suffering a spinal cord contusion and was unavailable for the first six matches of the campaign.
However, he has progressed in his recovery enough to play in the final 10 games of the season starting with the Steelers on Sunday.
As a result of adding the linebacker, the Ravens have released tight end Billy Bajema.
John Harbaugh's side are 3-3 in their season going into week seven.
