Jackson has taken just 35 games to reach 5,000 career passing yards and 2,000 rushing yards.

Reigning MVP Lamar Jackson has continued to shatter NFL records as he led the Baltimore Ravens to a 31-17 win over Washington.

The 23-year-old threw for 193 yards and two touchdowns while also picking up 53 rushing yards in another dominant all-around performance.

The effort saw Jackson surpass Michael Vick to become the fastest player in NFL history to eclipse 5,000 career passing yards and 2,000 rushing yards.

Meanwhile Washington quarterback Dwayne Haskins also had a strong day through the air, completing on 32 of 45 passes for 314 yards in the 14-point loss.

Tom Brady put together another ageless performance for Tampa Bay to help the Buccaneers down the LA Chargers 38-31.

The 43-year-old connected for five touchdowns as he led the Bucs back from a 17-point deficit late in the second-quarter.

LA's Justin Herbert was also impressive in the loss, throwing for three touchdowns and 290 yards.

Wilson threw for two touchdowns and 360 yards as Seattle's running back Chris Carson crossed for two rushing touchdowns.

The Buffalo Bills have continued their undefeated start to the season with a 30-23 win over the Las Vegas Raiders.

Quarterback Josh Allen threw for two touchdowns and scored one on the ground as the Bills improved to a 4-0 record.

The Philadelphia Eagles claimed their first win of the season by upsetting the San Francisco 49ers 25-20.

The Indianapolis Colts defeated Chicago 19-11 to hand the Bears their first loss of the year.

Odell Beckham Jr picked up two receiving touchdowns and one on the ground as the Cleveland Browns defeated the Dallas Cowboys 49-38.

In the day's other games, the Minnesota Vikings extended the Houston Texans' winless start to the year with a 31-23 victory and the New Orleans Saints did just enough to overcome the Detroit Lions 35-29.

The Cincinnati Bengals claimed a 33-25 win over the Jacksonville Jaguars, Teddy Bridgewater threw for two touchdowns to guide the Carolina Panthers over the Arizona Cardinals 31-21 and the LA Rams defeated the New York Giants 17-9.
