Scott Chandler has said that he feels "great" as he continues to recover from a knee ligament tear.
The Buffalo Bills tight end injured his anterior crucuate ligament in the penultimate week of the 2012 NFL season.
The 27-year-old told the team's website: "The knee feels really good. I feel great. Running routes you could probably tell it's not 100%, but it's better than most so I feel good.
"I feel it's realistic [to be ready for training camp in July]. It's kind of what I expected. Honestly, I just wanted to be ready to go when training camp and the season came around. I'm not a guy who is going to sit there and hope that it gets better. I'm going to be proactive."
Chandler scored six touchdowns for the Bills last season.
