Buffalo Bills quarterback EJ Manuel has underlined the importance of winning Sunday's game with divisional rivals the New York Jets.
Defeat for either side will leave them with an 0-2 record in the AFC East, with each side having lost to the New England Patriots already this season.
The 23-year-old rookie told reporters: "We know this is a huge game for us. One, it's on the road and two, it's a divisional game so it's definitely a game we need to win.
"Having both lost to the Patriots early on and neither will want to get behind in the season. It just adds even more urgency to this game."
Rookie Manuel is yet to be sacked, having thrown three touchdown passes in his two games so far.
