Brian Moorman has signed a contract extension to keep him with the Buffalo Bills for the 2014 NFL season.
The punter had been due to become a free agent in March, but has agreed to stay with the AFC East next season.
The 37-year-old, who is currently in his second spell with the side, told the team's official website: "Just being able to continue my career here and eventually finish my career here that's been my goal all along to finish a Buffalo Bill and I'm thrilled to be here.
"What coach Marrone and coach Crossman are both doing and moving forward with their plans and what we spoke about after the season got me excited and I'm ready to get going already here in the off-season and it's just January. I'm looking forward to what we can accomplish on the field next season.
"I feel good and I still go out and do all the things I did when I was younger. As long as I can keep going, I love the game and being a Buffalo Bill. As long as they'll have me I'll be here."
Moorman spent 12 seasons with the Bills before joining the Dallas Cowboys in 2012, but returned to Buffalo in October.
