Chicago Bears running back Matt Forte has braced himself for changes in the off-season after the team missed out on the playoffs this year.
Speculation has suggested that the franchise will make a few significant changes next year but Forte is focused on doing what he can on an individual basis to help improve their chances.
"I'm here to play football and be coached and be coachable. Whatever happens, happens," Forte said, ESPN reports.
"I do my best to learn what I need to in the classroom and go out and display that on the field."
Veteran offensive tackle Jermon Bushrod insisted that he was still confident in the players currently on the roster but he conceded that they must be better next year.
