Cornerback Charles Tillman has said that "it sucks" that Brian Urlacher will not re-sign for the Chicago Bears.
The linebacker, who is a free agent, turned down a new contract offer from the NFC North side.
Tillman, who joined the Bears in the same year as Urlacher, told WBBM: "My thought is it's a business. My feeling is I think it sucks, but I think Brian will be OK. I think he'll go on and play for another team and I think he'll do very well.
"It'll just be different. I don't think it'll be better, I don't think it'll be worse. I think it's just going to be different not having him there."
Urlacher made 68 tackles during the 2012 NFL season, recording two forced fumbles and an interception.
