The Chicago Bears have placed Martellus Bennett on the trading block, according to reports.
The tight end has been with the Illinois side since 2013 after penning a four-year deal, but it has been suggested that he is already keen on a new contract.
NFL Media reports that the Bears don't want to hand him an improved deal and are willing to part company with him if another side comes forward with a trade offer.
Bennett has scored 11 touchdowns for the Bears in 32 appearances.
