Josh Gordon's appeal against his season-long suspension has been set for the start of next month.
The Cleveland Browns wide receiver is set to miss the entirety of the 2014 NFL season after being found to have breached the league's substance abuse policy.
According to NFL Media, the appeal will take place in New York on August 1.
Head coach Mike Pettine has confirmed that he expects the 23-year-old to attend the start of the team's pre-season training camp tomorrow.
