Indianapolis Colts linebacker D'Qwell Jackson has urged people close to Cleveland Browns wide receiver Josh Gordon to help him get his life back on track.
The 23-year-old was arrested and charged for driving while impaired on Saturday, and is already facing a season-long ban from the NFL for failing a drug test earlier in the off-season.
Jackson played with Gordon for two years at the Browns and has admitted that he is concerned about his former teammate.
"If you're close to Josh Gordon please help this kid, it's not about football anymore it's about picking up the pieces of his life," Jackson wrote on Twitter.
Gordon was named an All-Pro in the 2013 season after recording 87 receptions for 1,646 yards and seven touchdowns for the Browns.
