The Cleveland Browns have agreed terms on a contract with rookie quarterback Johnny Manziel, the team announced on Tuesday.
Manziel was the 22nd overall selection in the NFL Draft last month and will compete with Brian Hoyer to be the team's starting quarterback in the upcoming season.
While terms were not released, it is reported that his endorsement income will dwarf the money made from entering the league as a rookie with the Browns, ESPN reports.
The former Texas A&M star threw for 7,820 yards with 63 touchdowns and 22 interceptions in two seasons at college, while he also ran for 2,160 yards and had 30 touchdowns.
