Denver Broncos quarterback Peyton Manning has been voted the NFL's most valuable player for the 2013 season at the NFL Honours awards.
The 37-year-old has won the award for a record fifth time in his 16 years in the league following a record-breaking season, in which he broke the single-season passing touchdown record and threw for the most yards in a single campaign.
Manning has also led his side to the Super Bowl where he will be looking to win his second Vince Lombardi Trophy of his career, when he faces the Seattle Seahawks at MetLife Stadium on Sunday.
The quarterback was also named as offensive player of the year to go along with his MVP accolade.
