Denver Broncos cornerback Chris Harris will undergo surgery to repair his torn ACL this week, according to a report.
Harris sustained the injury during his side's win over the San Diego Chargers and was ruled out for the rest of the campaign.
The 24-year-old watched his side slump to defeat in the Super Bowl from the sidelines when Russell Wilson tore apart the Denver secondary, as veteran Champ Bailey struggled in Harris's absence.
Harris will now undergo the surgery in the hope of being fit for the start of his side's training camp in July, according to the Denver Post.
The cornerback had 65 tackles and three interceptions in the 2013 regular season.
