Green Bay Packers wide receiver Jordy Nelson is recovering from hip surgery, according to coach Mike McCarthy.
The 29-year-old underwent the procedure after the Pro Bowl two months ago in order to clear up the niggling injury, which the team has said is unrelated to his knee surgery of two years ago.
Nelson is expected to be fully recovered within two months, and McCarthy has said that he will be 100% fit for pre-season.
Nelson had a productive year in 2014, and scored 13 touchdowns.
