Houston Texans running back Arian Foster has been removed from the physically unable to perform list after recovering from a string of injuries.
Foster was able to train with the rest of the Texans squad for the first time since their training camp began this afternoon, coming through the session unscathed.
The 26-year-old began the summer on the PUP list due to a calf injury and soon fell victim to back trouble and soreness in his legs that kept him out for longer than anticipated.
However, Foster has now been added to the Texans' active roster as they prepare for their opening match on the season against the San Diego Chargers on September 9.
The running back is unlikely to participate in the Texans' final two pre-season matches against the New Orleans Saints and the Dallas Cowboys respectively.
