The Indianapolis Colts have released 22 players as part of their roster cuts, including 2011 draft picks Drake Nevis and Ben Ijalana.
Offensive lineman Ijalana was selected 49th overall in the 2011 draft, while defensive tackle Nevis was taken with the 87th pick.
The duo struggled in their time with the Colts as both failed to force their way into the starting lineup due to injury problems.
Chuck Pagano's side also released Daniel Adongo, Larry Asante, Thomas Austin, Marshay Green, Lawrence Guy, Chandler Harnish, Robert Hughes, Dominique Jones, Jeremy Kelley, Josh McNary, Sheldon Price, Jabin Sambrano, Lanear Sampson, Monte Simmons, Bradley Sowell, Martin Tevaseu, Lee Ziemba, Emmett Cleary, Shawn Loiseau and Daxton Swanson.
