The Jacksonville Jaguars have confirmed the signing of John Lotulelei off waivers from Seattle Seahawks on Thursday.
Lotulelei, who was an undrafted free agent, appeared twice for the Seahawks in their opening four games, but was subsequently cut from their active roster.
The linebacker, who played for University of Nevada-Las Vegas, is the cousin of Star Lotulelei, who was drafted by the Carolina Panthers.
Kyle Knox was released by the Jags to make room for Lotulelei.
