Denard Robinson has said that he has a "great feeling" after signing his first contract as an NFL player.
The Jacksonville Jaguars confirmed that their fifth-round pick from this year's draft penned the deal yesterday.
The 22-year-old told the team's website: "It's a great feeling to sign my first NFL contract, it's something I've been waiting my whole life for, and I'm ready to get to camp later this month and get back to work.
"I was able to get a feel for the NFL game during the off-season, and I look forward to getting the pads on and just keep improving with each practice."
The Jaguars have listed Robinson as an "offensive weapon" on their roster, with the former Michigan player expected to see game time as a running back, wide receiver, quarterback, fullback and kick returner in 2013.
