Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Cecil Shorts has admitted that he has never felt as confident in his side ahead of an NFL season.
The Jaguars have recorded losing seasons in their past three campaigns, but the 25-year-old believes that the club are clicking into gear under second-year head coach Gus Bradley.
Shorts told the club's official website: "Never. Never. It's exciting. I was thinking the same thing, but to hear other guys say it, that we're ahead of last year... we're not where we want to be yet, but I think we are on the right track."
The Jaguars finished with a 4-12 record in Bradley's first season at the club.
