The Kansas City Chiefs have denied that Romeo Crennel and Scott Pioli have been told that they will be out of a job at the end of the season.
It was reported earlier this week that the head coach and general manager would be fired, having only led the Chiefs to two wins this year.
However, a spokesman from Kansas City told NFL.com that neither man has been informed that he is to be sacked.
The Chiefs host the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday.
