Kansas City Chiefs coach Andy Reid has set his sights on improving his side despite them making a 5-0 start to the NFL season.

The Chiefs were forced to come from behind in the fourth quarter of their match against the Tennessee Titans last night, eventually running out 26-17 winners in Nashville.

"We are 5-0, and we're not ashamed of that. We also know that we've got a ton of room to improve and it's important that we continue to do that," Reid told The AP.

The Chiefs' next three games all come at home, and Reid was keen to acknowledge the level of support that his side received away at the Titans.

"I thought the fans controlled that lower bowl there and we heard them and we appreciate all that support that they were able to give us, especially down the stretch there," he added.

The Chiefs, who only won two games all last season, are currently tied with the Denver Broncos at the top of the AFC West.
