Miami Dolphins guard Richie Incognito has revealed that he is "in good spirits" despite an NFL report ruling that he was one of three players to harass and verbally abuse teammate Jonathan Martin.
The 144-page report found that Martin was bullied to such an extent that he considered committing suicide, with Incognito named as the main protagonist of the abuse.
However, the 30-year-old, who will become a free agent in March, is keen to stay positive and has not given up on a return to action sooner or later.
"I want everyone to know I'm in good spirits and looking forward to playing again one day," Incognito wrote on Twitter.
Incognito also sent a tweet apologising to Martin, before sending a later one saying sorry to Dolphins team owner Stephen Ross and NFL investigator Ted Wells.
