New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady has admitted that his side were not good enough during yesterday's 30-27 overtime loss to the New York Jets.
Nick Folk kicked a 42-yard field goal with 5:07 left in overtime to seal the victory for the Jets, who ended a six-match losing streak against the Patriots as well as gaining ground on them in the AFC East.
The defeat was New England's second in the last three weeks following a four-match winning run at the start of the season, and Brady acknowledged that his side must improve.
"Everyone has to look at themselves and do a better job because what we're doing now isn't good enough," Brady told The AP.
The Jets, who are now 4-3 for the season, will face the Cincinnati Bengals next Sunday.
