The agent of New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady has slammed the findings that have emerged from the Wells Report.
The NFL has found that it is probable that the Patriots deliberately deflated balls during their AFC championship game in January.
In addition, they reported that Brady was probably at least generally aware of the violations, but failed to report them.
"Its omission of key facts and lines of inquiry suggest the investigators reached a conclusion first, and then determined so-called facts later," Don Yee said in a statement, NBC Sports reports.
"This suggests it may be more probable than not that the league cooperated with the Colts in perpetrating a sting operation."
The findings of the investigation were released in a 243-page report by Ted Wells, the league-appointed attorney who investigated the matter further.
