New England Patriots wide receiver Julian Edelman is confident that he will be as sharp as ever for his side's AFC divisional-round clash against the Baltimore Ravens.
The 28-year-old missed the last two games of the regular season due to a concussion, but the receiver is now healthy once again and is determined to fire his team into their fourth straight AFC championship game.
"We've been practising the last week-and-a-half or something; I know Tom [Brady] a little bit here now, these last few years. He knows me. There's a foundation," Edelman told reporters.
"But even if whatever happened didn't happen, we still have to continue to try to get better. That's what we're trying to do - staying after, throwing a couple extra routes, bouncing ideas off each other. Like any other week, I guess, but the stakes are a little higher."
Edelman recorded 92 receptions for 972 yards and four touchdowns in 14 matches this season.
