Rob Gronkowski has moved closer to a return with the New England Patriots, according to reports.
NFL Network says that the tight end has a "very good chance" of playing against the Atlanta Falcons this weekend.
The 24-year-old has missed the start of the 2013 season while recovering from back and forearm operations.
Gronkowski recorded 790 receiving yards and scored 11 touchdowns for the Patriots last season.
